Prior to joining BISC, Victoria served as Director of Operations and Finance at Community Change and Securing America&#8217;s Future Energy where she fostered change management and ensured financial stability while aligning to the mission of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victoria received a M.S.A. in Organizational Management from Trinity University, DC and B.S. in Biology Spelman College.
