Nathalie Tina Avalo (she\/her\/hers) is a proud New York City native. She gained experience in financial administration, operations, event planning, and recruiting internship partners as a Program Assistant with The City University of New York. As a Political Associate Fellow with Voices for Progress, Nathalie provided administrative, research, and writing support for fundraising projects that invested in historically marginalized candidates who championed economic and social justice, a strong democracy, and a healthy climate and environment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nathalie grew up in a family of Dominican immigrants and her passion for social justice and progressive campaigns is inspired from seeing community members struggle with securing access to food, housing, healthcare, and quality education in underinvested BIPOC immigrant neighborhoods in NYC. Nathalie is ecstatic to share her organizational and communication skills to collaborate with a team of problem solvers who celebrate diversity, stand for equity, and are passionate about ensuring fair access to success and opportunity amongst all people in America. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
