With over ten years of experience in accounting, HR, payroll, and back-office operations across nonprofit and for-profit sectors, one of Djuana’s strengths is simplifying complex concepts. She’s known for her sharp eye, calm demeanor, and talent for balancing the need for structure and accuracy with a people-first approach\u2014traits she developed growing up as the sixth child in her large family, affectionately referred to as “The Magnificent Seven” by her mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside of work, Djuana enjoys listening to various music genres, dancing, creative writing, admiring the majesty of trees and their feathery friends, and spending time with her human and furry family members.
